Nordic Trustee has appointed Christoffer Andersson as new CEO for its Swedish practice. He will join Nordic Trustee during second quarter and will then replace Jo Forfang, Group General Counsel, who has acted as interim CEO in Sweden since November last year.
Christoffer has vast experience from working as a banking and finance lawyer. He currently works as legal counsel at Swedbank, Large Corporates & Institutions, and prior to that he worked for several years as lawyer at the leading law firms Roschier and Mannheimer Swartling.
”I am happy that we have managed to recruit Christoffer to lead our Swedish practice. We are convinced that Christoffer, with his business drive, his in-depth knowledge of the underlying product and his wide network in the Stockholm bond market, will secure our continued growth in Sweden”, Ragnar Sjoner, CEO of the Nordic Trustee Group, says.
Christoffer will, given his legal expertise in corporate bonds and restructurings, also be acting head of legal in Sweden, in addition to his role as CEO.
”I am excited over the opportunity to lead and develop Nordic Trustee’s practice in Sweden. The mission for my role is clear to me: Nordic Trustee shall become a key player in the Swedish bond market”, Christoffer Andersson, says.
