Nordic Trustee is the leading and most experienced provider of bond trustee and loan agency services in the Nordic region. We have over 3,000 active assignments in the non-bank lending sector for more than 850 issuers/lenders from 30 countries.
Nordic Trustee is also a provider of high-quality bond market data through its subsidiaries Stamdata and Nordic Bond Pricing. Data includes detailed reference data, price and index information on all Nordic debt securities issued by the public sector, financial institutions and corporates.
Since October 2021, Nordic Trustee is part of Ocorian group. Ocorian is a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets. It has USD 270bn in assets under administration and employs more than 1,500 professionals in 20 offices spread across Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

Before joining Nordic Trustee Cato had more than 25 years work experience in the financial sector; including senior roles in Altor Equity Partners, Nordea, Carnegie and McKinsey. Cato holds an MBA in Economics and Marketing from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Denver.
Per Anders joined Nordic Trustee in 2013, where he holds the position as CFO. He has comprehensive experience from CFO positions within private equity, IT/Telecom and real estate as well as acting as auditor for several years. He holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is state-authorized public accountant.

Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.

Christoffer holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University and an LL.M. from Bond University (Aus).
