We have in-depth knowledge of every step of the bond issuance process, including:
- Registering a bond on the Euroclear and Clearstream platforms
- Obtaining an international securities identification number (ISIN)
- Reviewing and commenting on associated documentation
We work closely with a trusted and respected banking partner to ensure all your bond issuance requirements are covered, including:
- Seamless access to a common depository
- Comprehensive settlement agent support to distribute your bond from the common depository to the ultimate noteholders
Paying agent
We take care of interest and principal payments due to noteholders, tracking and distributing amounts efficiently and accurately.
Our experienced teams handle all the technical details on your behalf, giving you peace of mind that all payments are settled correctly and efficiently, freeing you to concentrate on commercial priorities.
Registrar and Transfer agent
We maintain up-to-date records and noteholder registers, keeping track of changes to bond ownership and handling the issuance and cancellation of certificates accordingly.
We also take care of various other noteholder accounting and reporting requirements, so you can focus on your core objectives.
Security agent
As a security agent we provide the robust safekeeping and recording of security documentation for assets in jurisdictions around the world.
In the event of default, we enforce rights against the assets a bond is secured against when directed by noteholders.
Bond trustee
When required, we lead enforcement with impartiality and rigour, convening and leading creditor meetings, presenting resolutions and running creditor voting.
We handle communications and formal notifications between investors and issuers swiftly and efficiently.
When required, we may exercise discretion to amend transaction documentation without the need to consult noteholders, avoiding the need for noteholder meetings.
