We may hold cash, financial instruments, source code or other assets for later distribution between the parties in transactions where the parties need an independent third party to hold assets in an interim period.
Escrow account agent
An escrow agent may be required in a variety of financial transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers and debt financings. We may hold documents, provide bank or securities accounts and monitor and release the assets on completion of the transaction.
Escrow source code
We provide a trusted third-party service for the safekeeping of digital assets like software access keys or the source code itself (the “Assets”). Safekeeping is ensured through the physical storage of a medium, typically a memory stick, containing the Assets.
As a neutral escrow agent, we hold Asset under predefined terms, releasing only upon specific triggers, such as vendor default or other contractually agreed conditions. This process safeguards the Assets and ensures the availability during disputes or emergencies.
