The Board of Directors of Nordic Trustee Holding (Nordic Trustee) have hired the current Chairman of the Board Cato A. Holmsen as new CEO from 1 April 2018. Hans Aasnæs, a Board member of Nordic Trustee since 2013, will take over as the new Chairman of the Board. Ragnar Sjoner, the CEO of Nordic Trustee since 1993, will retire and join the Board.

Cato A. Holmsen has substantial experience from the Nordic financial sector; including four years as Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Nordea Norway, ten years at Carnegie Investment Banking, and twelve years with McKinsey & Company where his clients included a range of Nordic financial institutions. Mr. Holmsen has been engaged as Senior Advisor to Altor since September 2016, and served as Chairman since Altor became the new owner in August 2017.
Hans Aasnæs has been appointed new Chairman of Nordic Trustee from 1 April 2018. Mr. Aasnæs is Senior Vice President with Umoe Group and was the CEO of Storebrand Asset Management from 2005–2013. From 1 April 2018, the other members of the Board of Nordic Trustee will be Ragnar Sjoner, Eindride Stien, Anders Bierke and Pål Stampe.
