Nordic Trustee continues to build UK operation

Nordic Trustee, the leading independent loan and bond agent in the Nordic region, is continuing to build its UK operation following the appointment of Aric Kay-Russell as Director in its London office.

His 25-year career includes experience in London and in Hong Kong in trust and agency services and capital markets.

He joined Nordic Trustee in London ahead of the launch of dedicated bond trustee services in the UK with a view to further strengthening its comprehensive capital markets platform, following a year of successful growth in the UK loan agency market, by bringing his broad-based experience in both new issuance and restructuring of international bonds to the Nordic Trustee team.

Previously he was a Senior Transaction Manager – Debt Capital Markets at Global Loan Agency Services and a Senior Transaction Manager at BNY Mellon in London. In Hong Kong he worked for Deutsche Bank and Allen & Overy.
