Nordic Trustee expands into the UK

We are excited to announce that Nordic Trustee (an Ocorian company) is continuing its geographical expansion by entering the UK market. Our experienced and dedicated bond trustee and loan agency team now has a presence in London and we’re ready to apply 30 years of experience to the UK market. We offer exceptional end-to-end service for complex financial transactions, and our services in the UK include acting as Facility Agent, Security Agent/Trustee, Bond Trustee, Paying Agent, Calculation Agent, Payment Agent, Escrow Agent, Registrar and Account Agent, as well as managing restructurings and enforcements.

We have enhanced our UK capital markets function by appointing Anatoly Sorin to head our dedicated Nordic Trustee UK team. Anatoly joins us from GLAS where he was the Head of UK and before that, many years working for US Bank developing key client relationships.
